EPKI Domain(s)

The EPKI Domain(s) can be ordered at the same time as the EPKI profile. EPKI Domain(s) can also be ordered after the profile is already active which will create a new Vetting case and will be assigned to an Agent who will oversee issuing of your certificate.¹.
Initial vetting
EPKI Domain(s) requires a domain validation; the customer has the following options for domain validation which they will choose during the ordering process:
- Pre-approved email ²
- DNS Verification ²
- WHOIS domain owner email ³
- If the customer placed the order for EPKI Profile which already includes Domain(s), Vetting will email the domain validation options to customer before the verification call takes place.
- Domain owner emails can be vetted manually or automatically in our system, DNS verification is vetted manually and options for the domain validation will be emailed to the customer.
- For WHOIS the customer needs to add the email address as shown in the WHOIS records (this will be checked by vetting). WHOIS domain validation will be sent manually via email by vetting.
Domains will be activated after customer proceeds with the domain validation of the domain(s).
No order confirmation is necessary for Domain add cases (without profile).
