Ensure document trust with digital signatures

Digital signatures provide greater assurance and security compared to other types of non-standardized electronic signatures with features like signer identity validation, non-repudiation, document content integrity, and third-party timestamping.

GlobalSign makes digital signatures accessible to companies of all sizes via a seamless integration with Adobe Acrobat Sign and partnership with the Cloud Signature Consortium. GlobalSign's document signing certificates are compatible and automatically trusted by Adobe Acrobat Sign (and others), making it easy for organizations to provide signing capabilities to their employees.

Deployment Types

  • USB Tokens

An ideal option for small-to-medium sized businesses looking to satisfy regulations and accommodate travelling or remote employees. The token is stored on a portable, FIPS-compliant USB meaning the ability to apply the signature stays in the sole possession of the signer.

  • HSMs

HSMs are ideal for any high volume signing needs, or off the shelf integrations. The signing credential is issued to organization or department-level identities (e.g., Accounting, Finance) and is stored and protected on a FIPS-compliant hardware security module (HSM).

  • Cloud Based Signatures

High volume, cloud based digital signatures which offers a cloud based service that handles all the cryptographic components needed to facilitate digital signing. Signatures can be deployed via a signing workflow or integrated into a custom workflow using REST APIs.
