AATL Certificate Including an Individual but no Organization page

The Order will create a Vetting case which will be assigned to an Agent who will oversee issuing of your certificates.
Initial vetting
The information provided in the order (name of the individual) will be verified. The identity of the individual named in the certificate needs to be verified, which can be done via the following options: ²
- Video Verification Team will send out an invite to the individual named in the certificate.
- Vetting will request the customer to use a Third Party Validator (TPV) to prove the identity by notarising a copy of the government-issued photo ID. Using a Qualified Signature (subject to further approval).
- Using a Qualified Signature (subject to further approval).
No order confirmation is necessary since this is covered by the act of the individual sending in the notarised copy of ID, attending Video Verification, or signing with their valid Qualified Certificate.
For option 2, Vetting will verify the chosen Third Party Validator and their confirmation of the notarised ID before accepting this document.
To avoid any delays, please inform your Vetting Agent of your chosen Third Party Validator. We can then preapprove them and be ready to process your order.
- CN need to be in the name of the individual and cannot include a name of an Organisation in the certificate.
- The identity of the individual named in the certificate will be confirmed via a Video *Verification call conducted by the VV team where the customer needs to appear in front of their camera providing their original ID document.
- If the customer decides against Video Verification or Video Verification was not possible the customer will need to use a Third Party Validator or can sign with a valid Qualified Certificate which is subject to further approval.
