Challenge
In May 2022, Peru’s Executive Power officially put Law 31465 into effect which legally facilitates the reception of digital documents. The main purpose of the rule is the systemization and digitalization of all procedures in public administration entities. Digital transformation in Peru is still seen as a process associated with and only attainable by large companies and corporations. Helping companies transform their physical processes to digital processes in a secure and simple manner is a goal that must overcome the current preconceived notions and business culture.
Digilink, based in Peru, specializes in digital solutions, and is focused on providing digital services that enhance business processes, economic growth and greater cybersecurity to accelerate the expansion of digitalization throughout the country. Solution
Digilink obtained authorization in August 2022, from the national authoritative body, the Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI), to provide, through its partnership with GlobalSign, accredited digital certificate, digital signature and timestamp services in Peru. This important step forward now enables Digilink to progress their mission and offer a wide variety of digital and cybersecurity-related solutions to the Peruvian market.
