Install Intermediate Certificate: Windows MMC
Global Support Centre > SSL Certificates > Intermediate Certificates > Windows MMC
If you don't already have the intermediate certificate(s) for your product, please go here: Intermediate and Root certificates
Once you have the certificate saved on your desktop with a .crt extension, proceed with the following instructions
PART 1: Add Snap-in
- Open the MMC Console
- Click Start
- Select Run
- Type MMC
- Click OK
- Click File and select Add/Remove Snap-in
- Select Add
- Select Certificates from the Add Standalone Snap-in box and click Add
- Select Computer Account
- Select Local Computer
- Close the Standalone Snap-in box, click Ok in the Add/Remove Snap-in and return to the MMC

Part 2: Install your Intermediate and Root Certificate
- Right-click the Intermediate Certification Authorities folder > All Tasks > Import
- When the Certificate Import Wizard appears, click Next
- Locate the Intermediate Certificate(s) you saved and click Next
- When the wizard is completed, click Finish and the GlobalSign Intermediate Certificat(e) will be installed

If you are installing an ExtendedSSL (EVSSL) you will also need to install the Cross Certificate, which can be found here with the appropriate Intermediate certificate: EVSSL Intermediate and Cross certificates. Both should be installed in the Intermediate Certification Authorities folder.
Windows will normally have the GlobalSign Root certificate installed by default, but if you need to install the Root certificate, follow the instructions as above, but import the Root certificate into the Trusted root Certification Authorities folder in the MMC.
