Install your SSL Certificate in MS Office Communications Server 2007
Global Support Centre > SSL Certificates > MS Office Communications Server 2007 > Install SSL Certificate
*** Note
MS OCS 2007 server certificates must be in PKCS7b format. You will need to copy this from the certificate in your account.
Log in and go to "Order History". Select the order number of the certificate to be installed. Scroll half way down. The 3rd certificate listed is the PKCS7 format certificate. Save it as a .cer file with a text editor.
- On the server click Start, then Programs, then Administrative Tools, and then click Office Communications Server 2007
- Expand the snap-in until you find the Enterprise Edition Server.
- Right click on the Office Communications Server where the CSR was generated previously, and click Certificates.
- Click "Next", then chose to "Process the pending request and install the certificate".
- Browse for the CertificateBundle.p7 file that you saved to the server. Make sure to have the search display all files as you search (it only displays .cer files by default). Once you have selected the CertificateBundle.p7 file, click Next. This will install the certificate. You can view the certificate and close the certificate wizard.
Your certificate is now installed and ready to use.
You will also need to install the intermediate or chaining certificate in IIS. This came in the fulfillment email or can be downloaded from http://www.globalsign.com/support/intermediate-root-install.php.
