VAT Number Error

If you obtain a warning when entering your VAT Number, please ensure the following;

1. Please check that you have selected the correct Country when completing your application. Each Country specifies a different VAT numbering format.
   
   
2. If you have added your country code to your VAT Number e.g GB 123 4567 89 then please remove the country code e.g 123 4567 89 and try again. 
   
   
3. Each Country Government specifies a specific VAT format.  Please follow the format required for your country as detailed in the table below; e.g entering a Great Britain country code in the format 123456789 will not be allowed, however 123 4567 89 will be allowed

If the above 3 guidelines have not helped, then please contact Customer Support  who will assist with ensuring your VAT Number is correctly captured.

Please understand that if a correct VAT Number cannot be applied, VAT will be charged to customers existing within the EU.
