Error: "java.io.exception: sequence tag error"

The error "java.io.exception: sequence tag error" occurs when the certificate is missing the header and footer lines. Please insure you import your certificate from the email we sent you, which the "-----Begin Certificate-----" and "-----End Certificate-----" lines.

Please also check there are no white or blank spaces after these lines.
