Reissue CodeSign/PersonalSign Certificates

If you enconter a private key error and cannot fully install your CodeSign/PersonalSign certificate into your computer, you can re-issue your certificate free of charge.

  1. Log into your GlobalSign Certificate Centre (GCC) account.
  2. Select the CodeSigning, PersonalSign, DocumentSign for adobe PDF tab at the top of the page followed by selecting the order history link on the left of the page

  3. Select the Search button at the bottom of the page to show all your orders, you can specify previous order details but this is not necessary. All your order will show at the bottom of the page.

  4. Now select Edit button on the certificate you would like to reissue at the bottom of the page.

  5. When the certificate Edit page appears, please press the Reissue Certificate button.

  6. Check the information shown and enter a Pickup password. It is important to remember this password as it will be used later.

  7. Confirm all details previously entered and place a tick in the Subscriber Agreement box to be able to continue.

  8. You will now receive a new order number which will be added to your “Order History” and usually you will receive an email within 15 minutes stating your certificate is ready to download.
