When you complete your online certificate request you will be asked to enter a Username and Password of youe choice, must not use any special characters for these entries.
The special characters you cannot use include (){}[]|`¬¦!"£$%^&*"<>:;#~_-+=,@. We support alpha-numeric characters encoded in Unicode-8 and Unicode-16.
If you do use a disallowed character and the system does not recognize your mistake you will not be allowed to use the password or username to log into your account later.
