Prompted to install an Active X Control on the ordering form

Customer Support > SSL Certificates > I get prompted to install an Active X Control on the ordering form - Is this Normal?

Yes. When the cream coloured bar at the top of your screen appears click and follow the very brief installation of the Microsoft certificate installation expansion pack. You must accept and install this before the key pair generation process can take place.

If you proceed without installing the Active X control Internet Explorer will not create the CSR (certificate Signing Request) correctly, so when you try and install the certificate later, you will receive an error and will not be able to install
