You will need to purchase a new certificate.
If they have purchased the certificate through a reseller they must contact their reseller to request this. The reseller can decide their own Terms & Conditions. Refer to the Relevant Refund Process
Generate a new CSR and Private Key and purchase a new certificate.
Send an e-mail to support@globalsign.com containing the following information:
- Order number
- Brief description of the problem.
The customer will be notified upon receipt and completion of the refund.
