Generate a CSR in Internet Information Services (IIS) 4

Global Support Centre > SSL Certificates > IIS 4 > Generate a CSR

  1. Open Internet Information Services 4 (IIS)
  2. Open the Key Manager
  3. nput the Organization (O), Organization Unit (OU) and Common Name (FQDN – Fully Qualified Domain Name – www.yourdomain.com). This MUST reflect the web server DNS Name. Click Next

  4. Select the name and where the file will be saved (Root of Hard Drive, or Desktop is advisable)

  5. Click Next and the Wizard will close

    6. This file can now be submitted via the web site
