To generate a Certificate Signing Request (CSR), perform the following steps:
1. Open Internet Information Services 4 (IIS)
2. Open the Key Manager
3. Input the Organization (O), Organization Unit (OU) and Common Name (FQDN - Fully Qualified Domain Name - www.yourdomain.com). This MUST reflect the web server DNS Name. Click Next
4. Select the name and where the file will be saved (Root of Hard Drive, or Desktop is advisable)
5. Click Next and the Wizard will close
