Icelandic ISP turns to GlobalSign SSL

EJS to offer customers SSL via the GlobalSign Partner Programme

Portsmouth, NH – 14 July 2009 – GlobalSign, Inc(www.globalsign.com), one of the longest established Certification Authorities (CA) and specialists in SSL Partner Programmes, today announced that EJS ehf.  a leading Icelandic Internet Solutions Provider has joined the GlobalSign Partner Programme, enabling them to provide GlobalSign SSL Certificate products to their extensive Icelandic customer base.  The partnership will allow EJS’s customers to secure websites, online transactions, web mail and other next generation online services using GlobalSign highly trusted SSL technology.

As a provider of SSL Certificates for approximately four years, EJS made the decision to switch to GlobalSign’s Partner Programme from another leading SSL provider to benefit from GlobalSign’s customer service and marketing resources provided via its European offices.  This was an influencing factor for EJS, as was GlobalSign’s simplified, feature packed SSL product range, comprehensive provisioning system and overall expertise in the channel market - all key tools for partners to successfully resell SSL.
