Front End Developer
Portsmouth, NH or Cambridge, MAGlobalSign is seeking a full-time front-end developer to join the US web team. The successful candidate will be a highly engaged forward-thinking web geek, and will fill a key role within our web team, working closely with designers to create functional modern stylish web content.
Although the primary responsibility is code creation, candidates with broad areas of expertise will be looked upon favorably, as the role has potential to expand depending on the skills and interests of the candidate.
Candidates must be able to refer to examples of their work online.
Responsibilities
- Writing and maintaining cross-browser compliant HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Troubleshooting cross-browser issues.
- Optimizing web assets for optimal speed and performance.
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining complex websites/web applications.
- Strong background in XHTML/CSS and DOM manipulation.
- Solid experience with one or more JS libraries (jQuery/Mootools).
- Strong Photoshop skills.
