On the following page you must complete a registration form.

 

One of the required fields is "Organization Name". To receive your Individual Developer certificate, please use your FULL NAME in this field.

To avoid delays, provide accurate application information and submit requirements immediately via our secure fax server at 1-617-830-0779.

For non-Incorporated Entities and Individuals:
Your application will be vetted against a number of third party identification verification databases. To expedite the vetting process, please have the following documents readily available and send via our secure fax server at 1-617-830-0779:

1. A filled-in Code Signing Registration Form
2. A copy of VALID FORM OF IDENTIFICATION (Driver's License, Passport, or Entry Visa)
3. A copy of most recent TELEPHONE BILL
4. A copy of most current UTILITY BILL (Electricity, Gas, or Water ONLY) - required if address on Driver's License does not match address in application

Please note: If we are unable to verify the address and telephone number, a Pass Phrase Letter will be sent via Hybrid Mail to the address in the application. There is a 24 hour guaranteed release of the Pass Phrase Letter and dlivery date is dependent on your local postal service efficiency. Alternatively, we can send the letter expedited via FedEx with the cost paid by the applicant.

For US and Canada: Please allow 2-3 business days for certificate delivery for applications with requirements submitted immediately.

For applications outside of US and Canada: Certificate delivery date is dependent on documents submitted.

You will be charged for the certificate upon completion of identity verification (vetting), when you will notified by email that the certificate is available for installation. The certificate validity term will begin on the date the certificate is made available for installation.
