In-Browser VPN Authentication & Access Control
Client Authentication, or the process of proving who you are – the client – to a remote computer, sees Digital IDs being used to cryptographically bind a customer, employee or partner’s identity to a unique Digital ID (typically including the name, company name and location of the Digital ID owner). The Digital ID can then be mapped to a user account and used to provide access control to network resources or web services and websites.

Enterprise PKI provides optional support for Microsoft (MS) SmartCard Logon
If selected, a field will displayed at when populated with the User Principle Name (UPN) will map to the Subject Alternative Name (SAN) of the client certificate.
